Fee Information

The recommended session fees set by the Australian Association of Social workers is $289 per 50min session. At Keystone, we have chosen to make our fees as affordable as possible for our clients.

  • Individual sessions offers a supportive space to explore personal challenges, develop coping strategies and build insight and resilience. The focus in on meaningful, sustainable change in a safe and respectful environment.

  • The initial session provides extended time to understand your relationship concerns, history and goals for therapy. Both partners are supported to share their perspectives, explore patterns of interaction and identify areas of strength and difficulty. This session also allows time to clarify expectations and discuss approach to therapy.

  • Follow up couples sessions build on the initial assessment and focus on strengthening communication, understanding relational patterns and working towards agreed therapeutic goals.

  • Clinical supervision provides a supportive and reflective space for practitioners to develop clinical skills, strengthen ethical practice and build professional confidence.

  • Mental Health Care Plan – if you have a current mental health care plan referred to our service by your GP, you will be eligible for a rebate of $87.25 per session, up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

  • If you do not have a mental health care plan, some private health insurers provide a rebate for psychological services. An invoice will be provided to you, and you are welcome to check with your provider if they offer a rebate.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible so we can offer it to someone on the wait list. If you do not give at least 24 hours’ notice of your appointment cancellation, the full session fee may apply.
